Iberotel, Jaz & Sol Y Mar appoint Mr. Edgar Hÿsam the New Corporate Executive Chef

Mr. Edgar Josef Hüsam, was welcomed as the new Corporate Executive Chef for the Iberotel, Sol Y Mar, and Jaz Resorts in Egypt and Middle East.

Mr. Hüsam brings with him a wealth of experience in numerous International hotels for more than 30 years around the world. He began his career in German hotel and was well known as an owner of a delicate Gourmet restaurant. In later stages of his career he occupied various positions in Thomas Cook Company, as well as multiple 4 & 5 Stars hotels in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe as F & Manager and later an Assistant General Manager.
